HI Luis,
I would anchor whenever you see a strong emotional reaction in the other players, or when they see you obviously have a winning or losing hand. Remember you can use the anchors for lots of situations. If I have a strong anchor for when I have a losing hand you can be sure I would be fireing it off when I have the knuts becasue I want my opponent to get all tehir chips in.

Excellent one. I have only one question, I assume that you should only anchor that when you show your cards and you have the strongest, right ? becuase otherwise you would be anchoring a confidence state for the winner and a "lack of confidence" state for the losers...

so, the question is: should I fire the anchor every hand or just in those in wich I have the strongest ?

Hi,
YOu will need to be a little more specific before we can help properly. But in the first instance I would suggest a conversation with an NLP practitioner to explore what the real issue is. I often find that the emotional baggage I bring to the table is what determines if I win or not. When I am in a fun happy mood I want to play and am a little more reckless than is useful. When I am in a bad mood then I tend to play too agreesivly to win. But when I am in my "play poker to win" mood I am pretty good at the game. The trick is to learn to keep that state whenever you play.
