I took several NLP courses over 20 years ago, but left with a bad taste in my mouth because the leaders seemed to be starting a cult. I wish I had “eaten the meat, and spit out the bones.” This would have been invaluable over the years.
Yes, sadly some NLP trainers out there are building cults. If I am completely open about this I love the idea of people coming to me for my courses, coaching, books and whatever else. The only difference is I would like to build a network of empowered people that work with me not because they need anything from me but because they like what I have to offer them.
