      They are. Lots of these are naturally occurring patterns so some people are naturally persuasive.

      For the rest of us the politicians, sales professionals and every endeavour where persuasion is considered an essential ingredient is using these techniques.

      The people that are using this stuff are easy to spot, they are the successful ones.

    The ten minutes a day is a minimum rather than a fixed rule. I still reckon ten minutes is enough to get you some serious results but if you want to put more in I will not stop you.

    The only thing I would suggest though in any one session I would stop when you are ahead, having fun and want to do more. This is becasue it increases your desire to come back and do more.
