I have received a brilliant email from Barry about all the NLP Techniques he used in a recent job interview. At the moment we don’t know if he has got the job, but it looks like an almost dead cert.
It will always be true that the best interview candidates are not necessarily the best for the role. I hope I have given you some insight in to the reasons why some people are consistently better at interview than others.
Answering interview questions is a subject I often have a laugh about when I surf the internet. In fact you could waste money buying books and programmes showing you the perfect answer to difficult questions.
