How to get a Debt from an Ex Paid

Using Persuasion Skills in Difficult Circumstances

 Here is an email from Janet about how she has been using techniques from The Persuasion Skills Black Book to get results from her ex boyfriend. 

Hi Rintu! I am most impressed with your eBook, with your sense of humour, and your use of NLP in writing.  So in advance I am thanking you for the wonderful success I know I will achieve with the persuasive language course — and already have.  Which brings me to the purpose of this email.  To “show and tell” you of my practice of the persuasive language techniques, and how great I felt about the result I got from the chapter that starts “Notice how powerful this technique is… I think we can all agree that collecting an unpaid debt from someone you used to date is a difficult challenge at best.   I am in possession of a cheque for several hundred dollars from an ex boyfriend that was never made good. I decided the issue wasn’t that there was an unpaid debt, the issue was that I knew the ex felt bad about owing the money, and that meant an awesome opportunity to try out the powers of the language patterns you have shared with us.  He would not answer his phone when I called, so I sent him the following SMS text message: 

“Good morning _____, think how great it’s going to feel when you repay that old loan and you don’t have to hear me asking for it anymore.Are you noticing already that you will feel great the next time you see me, knowing that you are not in debt to me? I invite you to make it happen today, and I look forward to hearing from you soon, your friend forever, Love ______”

 And the response I got four days later… I collected an amount exactly equal to the face value of the check.  The cheque was written in March, we broke up in August and have barely spoken since then…I’d say these techniques really work!  Thanks again! Your friend, Janet
